Garrison Brothers Hazmat 'Hye Heat Edition II' is a bold Texas Straight Bourbon born in the heart of Hye, Texas. Crafted and hand-selected by Master Distiller Donnis Todd, this single barrel release pushes boundaries with a staggering 70.95% ABV, earning its “Hazmat” name for good reason. A true expression of cask strength bourbon, it represents the untamed spirit of Texas heat and the precision of small-batch mastery.
The nose opens with an intense bouquet of scorched caramel, seasoned oak, and dark cherry compote, setting the tone for a rich and unapologetic palate. On the tongue, layers of spicy cinnamon bark, burnt sugar, and leather unfold, anchored by waves of dark chocolate and a hint of mesquite smoke. The finish is long, fiery, and memorable, showcasing the raw power of the barrel without sacrificing complexity or balance.
Meant for the seasoned enthusiast, this high-proof bourbon is best sipped neat in small pours or with a splash of water to reveal its deeper nuances. Its uncut strength and concentrated flavor make it a collector’s dream and a conversation piece for those who crave intensity in every drop. Hazmat Edition II is not just bourbon—it’s a full-throttle Texas experience in a bottle.
